Topography

Varies from open grassland to gently rolling to small canyons, all sloping toward Big Blue Creek. Approximate elevations range from 3600′ to 3300′.

Perimeter fencing, cross fenced into two main pastures, and one trap of approximately 1000 acres. Gathering pens.

Water

9 windmills, 8 solar wells, 1 electric submersible pump, 2 wells w/no equipment, several dirt tanks. Big Blue Creek crosses the ranch from west to east. Running Water Creek meanders across the southeast portion of the ranch. There is a stocked lake in the northwest part of the ranch that covers an estimated 15 to 20 acres. There is an agreement in place with the City of Dumas to allow up to 500,000 gallons of stream quality water per day into a canyon at the north end of the ranch, once they have completed a new water treatment facility.
